Where do you ship from?
We ship from our main warehouses located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes or cancellations cannot be made, but you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse. We process orders between Monday and Friday, and they typically take 1-3 business days to be handled. Once processed, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to increased demand, the estimated delivery time for orders may range from 2 to 8 weeks. This timeframe depends on whether the product is in stock, requires manufacturing, or is affected by any applicable shipping restrictions. For precise delivery information or to confirm specific details, we strongly encourage you to contact us PRIOR to placing your order. What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant references. We’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
