**MPE Fitment Notes**
These quad tips are meant to reveal and extend past the bumper diffuser. They will not be flush with the diffuser. The end result is to see the "M" logo and a bit of the carbon. With that being said, although the MPE quad version does fit the MPE, the MPE outlets are about .5" longer than stock G20 exhaust outlet. The MPE in unmodified form will push the quad tips further out than the stock muffler. When you see a picture you like, please understand the vehicle may have stock exhaust which allows our tip solution to be pushed further in. On the stock muffler, the tips can be tucked in much more. We can not make the inlet depth any greater to account for MPE added outlet length. The solution, if you do not like the aggression, is to cut MPE outlet back .5"-1" depending on the reveal you prefer. This can be accomplished very easy and cheap at any exhaust shop or by buying a Sawzall with metal blade. This will not effect the ability to return to stock and should not effect resale value of MPE. The other solution is to run an aggressive diffuser that sticks out more to cover the reveal. We understand this may not be for everyone, but the solutions are above if you want the quad tips but want a more flush look. Keep in mind, the tips get hot and you do want the end of the tips to protrude a bit at min so exhaust gases clear diffuser.
*** Aftermarket diffusers that do not fit the OEM rhombus tips, may require washers to be added to the exhaust hanger mounts. This will allow the tips to drop down to create extra clearance.
